Marcia Hawkins poured in 23 points Tuesday as Chaparral’s girls basketball team moved into a tie for first place in the Sunrise League with a 49-43 win at Boulder City. Taij Criss-Felton added 12 points for the Cowboys, who are tied with Boulder City at 11-2 in league play. Each team has one game remaining. Megan Morton had 18 points, and Katlyn Daly scored 13 for the Eagles.
